Yot Kom Missions International (YKMI) invites you to join the Uganda Dental Mission Trip 2027, from 11 to 19 June 2027.
About the mission
Humanitarian dental missions are delivered through Oral Health Uganda (OHU), the flagship programme of YKMI. OHU delivers community outreach clinics, school oral health programmes, preventive care initiatives, mobile dental services and professional training throughout Uganda, and it is the primary platform for our international dental electives and humanitarian dental missions.
How we work
Participants work alongside Ugandan healthcare professionals and students as members of integrated healthcare teams. Rather than observing from the sidelines, they become active learners within professionally supervised environments. Communities remain central throughout, as respected partners whose knowledge, resilience and lived experience enrich the work.
